Housing_Hohenbühl.
The
project consist in the design of 15 apartments, divided in two buildings. The construction is in wood. The buildings are located near the Zürich Airport,and the design looks to combine the traditional architecture of the surroundings, and the modern techniques.
Housing_Stelz.
The
project consists of the renovation of a traditional farm. The main house is renovated, while the barn is torn down and replaced by a new construction. The project includes a gest apartment, that could also be used as an office.
Housing_Valdemarín.
The project consist in the design of seven double houses, for a total of fourteen in Valdemarín, Madrid. These houses have a small private garden, and will as well share a common garden and a paddle court.
Each house has 250m2 of surface, with five bedrooms, two living rooms and a garage.
